Worth the wait!
We began the search for a GV80 over two years ago to no avail, until we connected with Gabriel Rich last October. We were very specific about the vehicle we wanted, and once he had one we could see, he called and we made the drive to Denton from OKC to be sure it was the combination we were looking for, and it was! This vehicle was already promised to a customer in another state, so we placed a small deposit down, our vehicle was ordered and the long wait began! However, Gabriel was excellent in keeping us informed when he had information, but more than that he was always gracious and kind when I would just call to inquire about a status update! Fourteen months later, he called to say the vehicle was on the premises! Must say it was a bit surreal after such a long time, but we are thrilled with the GV80! Gabriel is extremely knowledgeable about the GV80 and spent plenty of time “delivering” the car. Moreover, dealing with Gabriel and Genesis of Denton, was the most pleasant experience of purchasing a car we’ve ever had! I can honestly say, we will be back when the time for another vehicle arises!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! FRIENDLY, HONEST, & EASY TO WORK WITH!
It was refreshing to find a dealership where you were treated like family. No pressure on the initial call and no pressure during our purchase. Everyone was very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our salesman Beau was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We could tell that he enjoys helping people. We love our 2022 GV80!!! We will be recommending Genesis of Denton to all of our family and friends!

Best place to buy a car
This is the second car I bought from Eckert Genesis in Denton. I will absolutely return. They made the process easy, pleasant and fast. They told me what they would offer on my trade-in, they delivered what they promised, and it was quick. I went to other Genesis dealerships in Plano and did not have the same experience. Eckert Genesis of Denton is the best highly recommend going there..

Matt is great and I'm super impressed with my Genesis GV70
There are too many great things to say about the GV70. I'm used to paying much more for this much car. So far I couldn't be more pleased.

Matt and the dealership were great. I'd start with them next time I am in the market for a Genesis.

LOVE my 2022 Genesis G70
Matt was awesome at replying quick by text/phone answering all my questions. I had been to another dealership, and did not have a great experience due to lack of knowledge of the vehicles. I called and spoke with Matt at the Denton location, and quickly realized that’s where I needed to be. My husband and I also loved that he was very personable, as well as knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone, and will return to him when/if it’s time to get a new car. He definitely made it a quick and easy experience!

On a sidenote, don’t turn down the gap insurance even if you have other options for it. The finance department does not take that lightly.

Love my experience
The experience was fast and hassle free. Toby was great! I expected to spend my entire day at the dealership. However it was quick! I would definitely recommend over other genesis dealerships in the area
