Great PPI
Was buying a car out of state sight unseen and set up a PPI with them. Super nice people and super thorough. Even accommodated me with something specific I wanted checked out. Price was good. Would use them again!

GREAT Customer Service
I recently had my car serviced at the dealer and there was a concern that needed to be addressed but not immediately. I found Dallas European Auto online and requested a quote. I accepted the quote and scheduled. At my appointment they test drove my vehicle, lifted and reviewed their findings with me. It was discovered that the “concern” was not an issue and did not need to be addressed immediately and perhaps not at all. Turns out, it was something else I needed to return to the dealer to re-address. They didn’t charge me for the inspection. They could’ve fixed it but instead told me they didn’t feel comfortable taking my money for something that didn’t need to be repaired. WOW! I’ll definitely be back for maintenance and any repairs, if needed. Thanks guys!
