Amir was very professional and treated me with kindness and explain everything that was going on with my vehicle and the status of the work being performed. The work was completed and I was extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs.

Hands Down The Best Experience
If they had a 10 star I would give it. I truly had a very rare experience that unfortunately, is not available in my State! I was in Texas taking care of my daughters Mercedes CLA250 that I believed needed plugs and ignition coil work. DEA diagnosed a warranty/recall issue and put me in touch with the dealer and Amir personally called and arranged for a loner car while Mercedes did the warranty work. No charge from DEA for any of their great advice or even the diagnosis. Their top mechanic personally answered all of my questions and the whole trip and experience could not have been more satisfying. This is how a business takes care of its customers knowing it’s not only the right way, but that it’s “the” way and that this is how you grow and keep your customers. I don’t have the space here to explain the rest of the wonderful treatment and care given by Amir and his team that went ABOVE and well beyond what I would venture to say moat of us have sadly been accustomed to in this industry. Please Amir and DEA and find out for yourself. I feel super lucky and that I really found a place I can trust, and that is a big deal for me. Thank you Amir and DEA! 💯 coming back. I made some Texas friends !! SH of California.

Exceptional Service and Expertise at Dallas European Auto Shop!
I recently brought my vehicle to Dallas European Auto Shop and couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping. They took the time to explain the diagnostics in detail and provided honest recommendations without trying to upsell unnecessary services.

The technicians clearly know European cars inside and out. My vehicle was serviced promptly and returned in excellent condition. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with such a high level of customer care.

Honest, Trustworthy, and Excellent
The team is the best in the business. I am glad I found them to work on our Mercedes. They assessed the issues, communicated promptly, gave me options, and then executed on the repairs quickly!

I will never go anyplace else to get my car serviced!

Great service !!
I would highly recommend Dallas European Auto. They diagnosed the problem with my car quickly and informed me of the best ways to correct it at a good price. They are honest, fair and did exactly what they said. I will be bringing all my cars here. Finally a relationship I can trust !!

I’ve been taking my car to Dallas European Auto since I found them, and the experience has been excellent from day one. Their pricing is fair, their service is reliable, and they only recommend work that’s truly necessary. I trust them completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re also accurate with wait times—only once was there a delay, and without me saying anything, they gave me 20% off for the inconvenience. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
