WORST Customer Service/Genesis BROKEN PROMISES!
I am in Spring Hill Florida I purchased my 2021 V80 Genesis in 12/2020. Everything I was promised as part of the purchase, like Free roadside assistant & and Valet oil changes has come to a STOP! These were just a few reasons I purchased the car in the first place. Usually, I buy Lincolns but like I said they sold me on all the warranties and extras. Now that Hyundai separated from Genesis it's Been a Complete mess! I got a flat tire and that Free roadside assistance they promised is to the closet dealership that means Clearwater, 30 miles one way from my house. I couldn't understand why they wouldn't tow me 7 miles down the street to pep boys instead of paying for 30 miles away.? So, then it hit me maybe they would do valet of my vehicle back to spring hill especially since their tire was going to be $450 just for the tire which the guy said he didn't even have it in stock. I talked to a Cassie that supposedly handles the Genesis department there in Clearwater and she was very Rude and wanted to tell me I wasn't promised any of the items except a 3yr/36,000-mile coverage? I explained I still have the paperwork when purchased through Tampa dealership. She was Not interested in anything I had to say & basically acted as though I was bothering her with my questions. I know what I bought & have paperwork! I will Never Do service with Clearwater dealership for ANYTHING! I suggest anyone who bought a Genesis they try to trade it in asap before they start taking even more things they promised when first purchased. Its back to Lincolns for this Girl!!!
