Very attentive crew

2005 Mini Cooper Convertible
Well, after two years of the dealer, not being able to figure out what the power draw was on my vehicle, Ultimate Auto Repair did figure it out and repaired it so I am very thankful for that. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable and obviously the mechanics knew what they were doing, and I am all fixed up now. Thank you so much to everyone there.

Vehicle Inspection report is terrific
The vehicle inspection service they provide is complete and thorough. I watched them inspect the operation and condition of interior and exterior items including buttons, doors, handles, mirrors, seats, instruments, sun roof and more. They checked the weatherstrip condition and looked all around the vehicle for any unusual signs of rust or water damage.

They of course test drove the vehicle and noted any unusual behavior. They put the car on a lift and removed all the wheels for further inspection. They checked the brakes, suspension, and drivetrain components and more. They took photographs and made notes during their inspection.

Once complete, they discussed with me the immediate and upcoming issues they found. They printed a detailed, itemized estimate of the recommended repair cost along with the expected cost for any upcoming or recommended additional future maintenance.

Additionally, they also provided a link to a full online report of the inspection. I thought this online report was one of the best I've seen. It included photographs for any of the unusual or damaged items in need of repair. They also had notes and explanations in the report that clearly identified the items in need of immediate repair versus the other items that are acceptable and can wait. It made it much easier to understand what issues need to be addressed first and what issues are on the horizon.

Obviously, I recommend them. I think they did an excellent job and they are great to work with, always friendly, and always helpful. If you are looking to buy a used vehicle, be sure to get this pre-purchase inspection done first before you commit. And like the owner told me, if the seller does not allow you to get an inspection done first from your own mechanic - just tell the seller "bye" and walk away.

Hands down the best customer service....
I work in the customer service realm and I have never had this great of service in the auto repair industry. TJ was my service provider and Bobby and his team of mechanics were knowledgeable and left my car better than I have experienced at factory repair shops. Very patient folks and trustworthy... it's the reason I traveled 45 miles and will continue to do so for any service going forward period.

Oil change and tire rotation
It’s wonderful to be a senior citizen female and be able to go to a mechanic/body shop and not be taken advantage of. These guys are all wonderful and most important they are trustworthy.

23 year old Toyota drives like it's new again!
I had my car serviced today. New spark plugs, coils, battery, etc etc. My car feels like new, I couldn't be happier! The staff is excellent & I have recommended Ultimate Auto to friends, coworkers & clients. I wouldn't do that if I wasn't extremely satisfied with their service the past few years.
