When purchasing a luxury car the experience should feel like luxury. A Hyundai dealer isn’t a luxury experience and being given a car with defects along with more miles than states on the paperwork is unacceptable. There is no way I would go genesis again, especially after being an owner of multiple European brands. Paying more for European most certainly is worth it.
Dealership/Sales person made the experience very easy and quick. Sales person was very nice and not pushy like some other sales guys from different dealerships. They were very understanding of my needs and expectations. Would definitely return to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.
I felt the sales team of Jacob and Leandra were excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable about the GV80 and I am looking at the G90 to possibly purchase in the near future thru them. As far as the dealership my first experience with service was not AAA but after Jacob called them they followed up promptly. Overall that's where Im getting my new G90.
This vehicle has a lot of electronics on it. I obviously am lacking by not having read the larger manual yet. I will! I had to put on the brakes one time and the seat beat grabbed me. I wasn't prepared for that but it surely gave me a thought of how safe the car is. People don't know what this car is. Feels great to drive this.
