Compared to the other dealers on Long Island, Centereach Genesis far exceeded its competitors. I went to two other Genesis Dealers on Long Island and they barely even talked to us. I told one dealer to give me a price and he said, “don’t make me waste my time,” so we left. The other dealer said, “what kind of payment are you looking for and don’t tell me $500 something payment on a 50 something thousand dollar car.” We started looking upstate and out of state for the Genesis we wanted to get the service we deserved. So we shopped around for quotes. However, before taking that ride, we stopped at Centereach Genesis. Centereach Genesis was excellent customer service out the door. No stereotypes, no rudeness.. just excellent customer service. Salesman Al showed us the car and then talked price, not payment. That’s the way to do business and I appreciated it! I wish South Shore and North Shore Genesis dealers would take a lesson out of Al’s book. We received fair pricing, the finance guy Mike was very patient with me (and my kids), and Al walked us through all the features of the Genesis (inclusive of three follow up calls within a three week period for any questions we may have). We can’t thank you enough!! We love our car!
