Great personal service-I love it!!
Great experience-I love the valet service. I had trouble getting through to the service department at first, had to wait a while to speak with someone, but when I was connected to Allison Locke, the service advisor, she took over and everything flowed very smoothly. She made all the arrangements for the pickup of my car, left me a car to drive, and saw that My car was returned the same day. Miles was the person that picked the car up, he was very prompt, very courteous, easy to talk to. He also returned it the same day. I was impressed with the fact that it was washed and vaccumed also.
