Respect customers

This is for Jordy Williams at ourisman genesis of Bowie.
I am not crazy to ask you to pay for my taxes. I am negotiating with Phil and out of the blue you came in.

First you need to know how to respect customers.
Looking for used car doesnt mean people are short of money. They just have other preferences.

Don't recommend this dealer at all.

Very disappointed

Very unprofessional for one I came all the way for Baltimore City to see a truck that I asked the night before was it there and when I get there they said it was going and did not know how long it has been gone then the salesman did not even try to show me anything else that I might had wanted I would never recommend anyone going to this place very poor service.

Disrespectful, Finance guy....

Our salesperson was, Honest, Polite and informative, We spent an hour going over details and pricing, Sat down for final numbers, Then here comes finance manager with 10 thousand more in questionable fees, With faulty logic...., Knew it was iffy at best, Wow!!!!, They add on #Icon package, Basically #lojack 3900.00 ,Tracking, Why in the world would you add an option on car, But nowhere on sticker?!!!,Crazy....,Fraudulent.....,Not to mention charging for wheel locks....1900.00,5000 dollars of mark up with no legal reason, Stay away from here.....,We went to another dealership and got conformation on what we believed anyway.....

I Just Wanted My Plates Transferred

I made it very clear when I bought the car I wanted my plates transferred to my new vehicle. The plates are military they cost more than regular plates I am retired disabled veteran I find out today I have new plates Unacceptable Can you Please fix this

I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Lou was very patient as it took some time for them to reach my terms and conditions. : ) His patience and calmness made me feel like he cared, not only about selling a car (which is any sellers priority) but also about the conditions I determined for myself (monthly cost, overall cost, etc.). I will be back as long as Lou and Thomas (the finance guy) are there to welcome me with laughs, authenticity, and knowledge. Overall, it was a great experience.

Exceptional Experience!

Genesis concierge initially contacted me to inform me as to which dealership had the vehicle I wanted. Genesis of Bowie reached out to me to schedule a mutual convenient appointment. The appt was honored and my sales guy, Kegan was waiting patiently for me. We had a discussion and then went to test drive. Once we returned we discussed the numbers and any additional options. From there, I met with a Finance Mgr to sign the paperwork.

The entire vehicle purchase process was transparent and smooth. It was a delight to work with Kegan and I was super pleased!

I love my G70

Bought a new 2021 G70 at a great price and believe me, I looked! In fact, I looked all over the US and other dealerships were offering slightly used(not new) make and models for the same price. Great workers…poor management

My salesman, Lou Igbon and finance professional, Thomas Little were outstanding. However, I don’t believe the general manager and head finance guy respect the customers. I have a 2019 Genesis G80 and a 2021 Genesis GV80 from this dealer. They are great vehicles. Fortunately Lou and Thomas helped the dealership keep my business.
