Vehicle service
We bought a 2023 GV 70, we love the vehicle, but we were not told about scheduling months in advance for our first oil change. Also, the vehicle is making a humming sound when it reaches 50 miles an hour on the driver side and it seems like we have to wait months for an appointment so they can service it. The Genesis valet is booked so we would have to be with out a vehicle while ours is getting serviced because there is a long waiting period.

not good
lack of communication from service advisor. had to call three times to get a status of repairs. i was told the service could not be performed due to parts not available upon my last call. i would have appreciated some effort to communicate with me about the repairs that could no be performed before i found out on my third call to the advisor. since i have been going to have my Genesis serviced at SP for 8 years, this was the worse service experience i have had in all such time. likely time to move on.

Personnel were very accommodating on this unique visit
On a prior visit I was told I needed wheel balancing and wheel alignment. I chose to wait until my annual service to get it done. But in between I made quick plans to drive to Missouri to visit my brother starting in five days. . I called to schedule the alignment. They were booked up but worked with me when they understood my situation.

Safety recall visit went fine
Biggest area of concern. The staff does not greet incoming drivers in a reasonable time. Bad first impression.

Once they get to you, they are very pleasant and helpful.

Great Dealership
The Dealership is excellent. I just brought my sister up from a 3 1/2 hour drive to purchase a vehicle from this dealership on Jan 2, 2021. We are repeat customers!
The recommended warranty repair from Genesis was very invasive and may or may not have resolved the issue. I'll deal with the intermittent creek in the panoramic sunroof. Other than that I'm very please with the vehicle.

*Recommended services needed for my vehicle were clearly explained.
*Due to out of stock parts, efforts were made to get the parts overnighted and immediate scheduling to bring in my car to get all work successfully completed.
*Due to my long hours at my place of business, Genesis of Austin was able to pick up and drop off my car which I was most grateful.
*Piece of mind that the needed urgent repairs are fixed and ease of mind in driving my car.
*Love my Genesis, going on about 3 1/2 years and it’s great knowing that staff like Gilbert Cisneros are looking out for customers like myself.
Keep up the good work and quality customer service.

Caroline and Gilbert treated me like royalty. My car was returned to me in immaculate condition. Both went above and beyond to accomodate my needs during an obviously busy time for them. I am very pleased with all aspects of my service there.
