Helped us when we were in a jam.
I was on vacation near Ponca/Boxley the week of Memorial Day 2021. On Thursday evening we noticed a huge nail in the sidewall on our truck and the tire was going down, I put the Limited use spare on, and then Friday morning started calling Tire places in Springdale. The first ones I called that had the tire couldn't get us in until afternoon and then stated there would be a 2-3 hour wait which considering we had a 7 hour drive to get home didn't sound appealing. I called Garrett Tire and talked to Chase and told him what I needed, he said "What time can you be here?" We arrived at 9:30am and were back on the road by 10:20am.

Long time customer.
Honest work they are reasonable with pricing. Will explain what is going on with your car. Been going here for over 20 years. My husband trusted Les Garrett so when my husband died I knew where to go for car and tire service. Great business. Thanks for all your help guys!!

Dependable service
I just used their mobile van service again. My grandson inherited a '64 Chev stepside pickup with new tires in the bed, flat tires on the truck. Mobile van fixed it up, now we can trailer it to Texas!

Charged but not fixed
Took truck in for service and some major repairs which were done to expected standard. A minor repair on a taillight was not done and was charged $30. I had installed new assembly and didn't get clip secured. Got home removed lens and fastened clip and lights worked perfectly. Was told on phone that bulbs were replaced and lights were working. Picked up truck after hours and malfunction was still on.

They have taken care of my truck for a long time. I have no plans to take it anywhere else ever.
These folks know tires. Tell them what kind of vehicle and what type of driving (dirt road, etc.) and they will recommend an economical tire that performs well to your need.
The employees were outstanding! I was met at the door with a smile and welcome! Tyler instantly got my keys and got my car in the shop! while I was wiating the wait room was very clean and friendly! And wait time was very minimal! I was very happy when I left
