Warranty Service for IONIQ 5
This review is solely based on my recent warranty service at Garden Grove Hyundai. I did not have to pay for any cost. So I don't know how competitive pricing comparing with other places.

Even though the warranty service for my IONIQ 5 took longer than initially anticipated, Garden Grove Hyundai provided me a loaner, an almost brand new IONIQ 5, to use the whole time while keeping my car for further trouble shooting with Hyundai tech support and ordering additional parts. The service advisor, Norma, was very professional and helpful during the whole process. She frequently communicated and gave me update clearly the progress of fixing my car.

My car was properly serviced after a few weeks. The car was cleaned and washed cleanly inside-out before delivering back to me.
