I took my Lexus in after being hit on passenger side (small repair) but they managed to mangle it even more. When l went to retrieve it after repair no one walked the car with me. So l went over it myself….Quickly realizing why no one walked the car with me….Bumper was not aligned, trunk would not open (did prior) major rattle that l didn’t have prior.
Once l got employee out to look at car and him giving me the run around he finally said he would fix it. He drives it around to the side so l followed to see the body guy take a hammer to my side quarter panel to “fix” it! It actually put a hole in it! Knocked off some fresh paint then it was declared “fixed!” Car came out with more things wrong-than when it went in!
