We were set on another brand of vehicle, even deep into the ridiculous “price negotiation” phase on that other brand. We stopped by Fitzgerald to look at an Elantra, which was really nothing like the other vehicle we were shopping, and met Jeremy. We were in and out in 20 minutes feeling we knew that car better and with a definitive out the door price and no need for negotiating.
We decided not to purchase the Elantra, but texted Jeremy about another vehicle. He was prompt in his reply and we came over to see it within an hour. Jeremy could tell the other vehicle wasn’t meeting our needs, but mentioned the Hyundai Venue. Absolutely no pressure, just a recommendation to look at it. 30 minutes and a test drive later, we decided to purchase with absolutely no hesitation or post purchase regret. He even made us feel like we weren’t a bother making him stay a few minutes after closing on Super Bowl Sunday. Came in the next morning to do the paperwork and everything was ready, including the car freshly washed with a license plate on it.
