Fast service...always friendly.
I lost my brakes at an intersection and then drove right over to First Auto. They scheduled me for first thing the next work day. It was ready promptly and I love the cash discount. And it's always nice to chat with the staff. I've been going there 30 years...never disappointed

Great service, people
First time here. Told them my problems been having that they finally found and fix! Other shops couldn't figure it out or charged me for something else. Was a little cheaper than i expected, service was great, people were polite and took time to make suggestions and what to look out for. Definitely going back. Thank you guys!

Super Personable and Quick Service!
This was my first time going to First Automotive and from the very beginning, I received great customer service. My husband and I are going on a road trip to Tennessee and wanted to make sure that our car was all good for the 16-hour trip and they had our car looked for a reasonable price. If we weren't moving, we would ABSOLUTELY make First Automotive our trusted mechanic!

18 year old car fixed!
My car (18 years old) quit running. That's enough to scare you into next week. But it was in good hands at First Auto. AAA dropped it off and within a few hours I had the answer to my questions and a price. They suggested a few optional items I could also include (which I declined at the current time). They kept to the price and the car was ready in a few hours. The cherry on the top...a discount for cash. I always feel safe going to First Auto...no mumbo jumbo, no high pressure sales, and they remember my name every time. Love them!
