EXTRAORDINARY!!!
Unexpected “service engine light” came on. I checked all the regular suspects to no avail. For fear of doing damage I dropped Nissan Altima off at Pat’s Auto /overnight service drop. Day one was incredibly busy and no big deal ( its 95 degrees) and things run slower& no appointment.. Day two my car was brought in, tested, scanned (at no cost) and diagnosed for a historically “ known issue & culprit”. Grill shutter & actuator. The part was ordered, came in and vehicle was repaired. Pat & Justin provided a complete “look-over of everything down under and released my vehicle back to me on a 99 degree day, hot & sweaty and under pressure to get to the next job WITH A SMILE. Pat was extremely knowledgeable, and I felt very confident in his experience & expertise, where other mechanics & shops couldn't properly diagnosis, or outright refuse to work on my car due to its age & complexity: 1991 Mercedes 420 SEL. He was very honest, thorough, and friendly, and I am very relieved I found an auto repair place for this model for all my future maintenance & repair needs. Thank you Pat!

As always, quick, polite and efficient service

Repair of A/C issue

GREAT SERVICE
Made appointment with a check list of 17 items on my 20 Nissan Altima. I was greeted with a smile by both Pat & Justin. They reviewed, listened and got to work. Coolant, transmission, brakes, serpentine belt. They worked diligently until my job was completed with all OEM parts as requested. Car runs like new and I am more than pleased with service, fair price. Remember: when your repair hoes out the door know your confident the work has been done properly the first time. FANTASTIC WORK & ATTENTION TOP DETAIL.
Planning some late Summer, early fall travl in my 2020 Nissan Altima. Based on mileage and manufacturers recommendations, I made a list of over 16 items I wanted inspected, repaired, worked on and/or replaced. Pat & Justin went to work as if I were in the Indy 500 and one by one completed each item on the list...which included transmission flush refill, brake line flushed and refilled, coolant flush / refill, brakes cleaned, inspected and items replaced / pads/rotors. Pat researched by front brakes and determined he could & would replace under warranty [which I was NOT expecting]. Pat & Justin complted the work and were very fair in billing for the work done. If compare to other shops in the area these folks did me right. VERY clean, neat & orderly shop and was treated as if I was their only customer. I ran down to Brooklyn Pickle and picked up a gift certificate for these guys as a tip....the least I can do for all they have done for me over the years 20+. Both cars
Pat and Justin always provide excellent service to our vehicles no matter what the problem is. The cost is fair and reasonable and they are both super friendly.
