Rich, Ken, and all the staff are professional, caring, and solution oriented. They have helped me numerous times and gone far and beyond with whatever situation I have experienced with my older car. I highly recommend them!!
Customer service was superb. Very professional and didn’t try to rob me. The gentle men at the front desk took care of me like he said he would even though they were unable to mount the tires I purchased from them.
The staff here is polite and honest. They will tell you you do not need unnecessary service but advise as to when in the future work would be needed. Honest and trustworthy.
Lloyd was so helpful and kind, my car battery suddenly died - I was able to get a jump start and get over to Firestone on Cass in Westmont. Lloyd booked me in straight away and I was out within 25 minutes with a very happy car. Thank you for fitting me in with short notice and for your kindness.

A big thank you to (administrator’s) Fred, Rich and (customer care agents) Llyod and Ken for their assistance in setting up my appointment.
Upon entering the store, and looking around the facility, I couldn’t help but notice the free hand-outs of invaluable auto owner information available for the customer. It featured current important information regarding auto-care and responsible ownership, making it an automobile owners reference paradise. The facility was well lite, and arranged in a manner that well intermingled its major product inventory and automobile owner car care information.
Customer care has always been a major staple of importance for the Firestone hierarchy, and it was present and fully on display while I was there. It was great to see that, that hasn’t changed! I observed several of the individual dialog between the firestone customer care agents, the skilled auto technicians and customer. The dialog was always respectful, thoughtful and thorough. Chaos was nowhere to be found. I was highly impressed just observing them and their use of obligatory collaborating while adding value, making teamwork a virtue.
I got to know most of the gifted and talented team at this Firestone store by first name, which makes my brief customer feedback more honoring on my behalf. My cars repairs concluded with a priority list of outstanding future repairs identified by the technicians that we will address as my finances allow.

The service manager on duty Sunday was very helpful, rotating my tires and giving me options for purchasing new tires. Nice experience I will be back for further service in the future
My daughter and I came desperate for help as her tire seemed to be leaking air and pressure light was on- 40min before closing they helped us right away!! They repaired the rim and sealed the tire and rescued us!! Thank you SO much for being our heroes!! We owe you a pepperoni pizza!
