Excellent Service!
I am happy to say good customer service still exists. It’s so rare these days. I have been using Auto Tech for many years and with most of my cars, I have never been disappointed . They have fair prices and great service!

Didn't get my fix but service was above and beyond
My 11 year old honda fit was making some very grumpy sounds and I took it in for the transmission diagnosis while I went shopping. Ended up getting a new car before I got the diagnosis and the diagnosis wasn't good. Dave gave us the best advice he could on how we could top up the fluid to limp home while we figured out logistics to sell. And he told us how we could do it ourselves to save the labor charge. We took his advice. And discovered that we could not, in fact, do it ourselves (couldn't find what we were supposed to fill). So we went back in to ask clarifying questions and he helped us out himself. (We didn't feel too bad because it was really hard to find)
Many thanks for the assistance! I'm looking forward to closing this chapter and not doing any business with a transmission shop for a long time. But we'd certainly recommend this one to anyone in need.
