Very quick service; so appreciated!
My check engine light came on but was not present when Firestone was able to see me. It didn’t matter and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed first thing the next day. I truly appreciated the service as I was going out of town and now I have peace of mind. Charlie and his daughter and crew are very personable. They have been very helpful and I trust them.

These guys are great! They will go to any length to make sure my car is repaired to my satisfaction. I have an older car, and they've been great detectives in finding and fixing all the issues I have with an aging car. Charlie and his team are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! Charlie is the G.O.A.T.
Charlie is the owner of Firestone in Downers Grove, and went above and beyond to help me out when my check engine light mysteriously turned on for no reason. He spotted the problem immediately, got my claim approved swiftly and had my car ready no more than 6 hours after dropping it off to him. This guy has customer service in his blood and a great guy as well! Highly recommend giving them your business when unfortunate auto repairs happen!!!

Saved the Day
I blew out a couple of tires in the snow and the most important thing to me was that I get my car back ASAP. I did some calling around and Charlie not only guaranteed me that he could have it ready same day, he went out of his way to go to the warehouse to get the specific size I needed to make that possible. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for me. I will be taking care of all auto work here from now on.
