State Farm said it would take 40-70 minutes for tow to arrive. Your employee John came probably 30 minutes. I have never had a tow arrive that fast. Thank you. I will always use FBR Towing.
On my particular repair, the crew at FBR saved me about $300 vs. what the Ford dealership had quoted me. I’ll definitely check with FBR first for any future services.
Excellent customer service, they go the distance to deliver satisfaction. The price is on point for what you get.
