I only take my 2007 Ford Five Hundred to Englewood Automotive, I'm always happy with the service I receive. Brandie is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, And the mechanics are honest, reliable, and upfront about what needs to be done. They take the time to explain the issues clearly and give me a fair estimate with no pressure or upselling.
The work is completed on time and done right the first time. It's clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers.

Not happy at all
I sorced all the parts before my visit to your shop and even the most expensive ones were less than half of what you charged me. After watching your tech learn on the job how to remove and install the window regulator I feel he spent way more time than he should have. All in all I feel taken advantage of and I will look elsewhere for my auto care.

Sincere Mechanics
Scheduled me right in and worked on my A/C and I watched them explain things as they worked. I usually know when someone is jacking me around. I definitely will be bring all my vehicles to these folks as my new family of mechanics. I trust them.
Shawn said they don't overcharge. They're realistic and don't push things he doesn't need. He says they fix problems very well. They are very polite and very fair. It's a good environment for a professional business.

Even more service features!
I recently wrote a review about how willingly Englewood Automotive serves their customers, with their skilled mechanics and attention to detail.
But I have to write another accolade for them after I discovered, through a followup email that they sent me, that they have made ALL my service history with them securely and easily available online!
Not only do they do good service, but they keep track of it for me!
What a joy this shop is to deal with!
I came by just to see how much leadtime I would need to get my oil changed.
As it happened, the mechanic was between jobs and he says how about right now?
It was a quick and easy job, and the mechanic spotted a slight oil leak that was caused by an improperly torqued bolt on the oil pan, which he remedied quickly
