Good, trustworthy shop!

It's been a while but I need to write another review for Elite B'mers and Benz complimenting their great and honest service. In the past two years I've had a few issues with my car that, to me, were major issues that I was sure were going to break the bank. First issue, when I would come to a stop my car felt like it went into neutral and then slammed back into drive. Honestly it felt like somebody bumped my car from behind. I thought it was just low on fluid but it wasn't. I was sure the transmission needed to be replaced. I called Matt at B'mers and Benz just to see what he thought a new transmission would run? When I told him what was happening he told me to bring the car in because he was sure it was just sticking solenoids. He was correct and it was not that expensive to fix. That's where their experience pays off. Months after that my car developed a bad water leak from beneath the manifold. When reading up on the forums, this was from a tube that you had to pull the top AND THE FRONT of the engine off to replace the tube in. Bad design by BMW. I called Matt and he informed me that there is an aftermarket kit that is better than OEM and that they can install it easily by just pulling the manifold. It wasn't too expensive to repair and it saved me a lot of money. Third issue several months later, I backed out of my driveway at 5:30 am and as I rounded the corner got a low oil warning. As I turned around it started knocking and then a low oil pressure warning came on. I limped it home (a few blocks) only to see a lake of oil in my driveway as well as a trail of oil through my neighborhood. I was sure that I just burned up the engine. I had it towed to Elite expecting a call that I needed the engine rebuilt but instead got a call that it was just a broken fitting, that the engine was fine, no knocking and ready to go! The best part was it only cost me the price of an oil change AND they put it up on the lift and pressure washed the huge mess of oil underneath at no charge. They could have easily fed me a line that I needed a lot of parts replaced or worse yet, an engine rebuild but that's where their honesty pays off. If you need a shop you can trust and want good service these are your guys. I now take my wife's Infiniti there as they will work on other brands too. Good, trustworthy shop!
