Matt helped with a simple drop by (no appointment) fix on a unique M series then jumped right in with a thorough diagnosis, repair and turn around on another related but surprise repair that saved family time, money and heartburn. Recommend seeing Matt @ Elite Beemer/Benz because of Matt's knowledgeable experience, friendly personality as well as his responsiveness and communication skills. Finding a good guy like this was a treat.

Great Customer Service and Honest
I would recommend them to anyone. I use to only use the dealership, but decided to give them a try as I work around the corner and the company looks so beautiful as I would drive by. I meet Matthew and he took such great care of me and my car that I have been going here for the last several years. They are Honest, Dependable, Reliable. Knowledgeable, Efficient and have great prices. Matthew is always professional and will guide you throughout the entire process, keeping you updated and getting the job done in a timely manner. It's so nice to get honest affordable service from a auto mechanic in this day and time.

Good, trustworthy shop!
It's been a while but I need to write another review for Elite B'mers and Benz complimenting their great and honest service. In the past two years I've had a few issues with my car that, to me, were major issues that I was sure were going to break the bank. First issue, when I would come to a stop my car felt like it went into neutral and then slammed back into drive. Honestly it felt like somebody bumped my car from behind. I thought it was just low on fluid but it wasn't. I was sure the transmission needed to be replaced. I called Matt at B'mers and Benz just to see what he thought a new transmission would run? When I told him what was happening he told me to bring the car in because he was sure it was just sticking solenoids. He was correct and it was not that expensive to fix. That's where their experience pays off. Months after that my car developed a bad water leak from beneath the manifold. When reading up on the forums, this was from a tube that you had to pull the top AND THE FRONT of the engine off to replace the tube in. Bad design by BMW. I called Matt and he informed me that there is an aftermarket kit that is better than OEM and that they can install it easily by just pulling the manifold. It wasn't too expensive to repair and it saved me a lot of money. Third issue several months later, I backed out of my driveway at 5:30 am and as I rounded the corner got a low oil warning. As I turned around it started knocking and then a low oil pressure warning came on. I limped it home (a few blocks) only to see a lake of oil in my driveway as well as a trail of oil through my neighborhood. I was sure that I just burned up the engine. I had it towed to Elite expecting a call that I needed the engine rebuilt but instead got a call that it was just a broken fitting, that the engine was fine, no knocking and ready to go! The best part was it only cost me the price of an oil change AND they put it up on the lift and pressure washed the huge mess of oil underneath at no charge. They could have easily fed me a line that I needed a lot of parts replaced or worse yet, an engine rebuild but that's where their honesty pays off. If you need a shop you can trust and want good service these are your guys. I now take my wife's Infiniti there as they will work on other brands too. Good, trustworthy shop!

Costly
I have an 2014 E-350W that is in tip top condition and very low mileage. Went in for annual oil change and checkup, which usually cost $210 at the dealer and includes a complete engine with many other checks. Benz recommended change cabin and engine filter. To my astonishment the bill was $425 and no engine check, etc. Benz agreed they are more expensive than the dealer. I will not be going back.

Great bmers and benz repair shop
I just had my ‘09 MB S 550 engine/transmission mounts replaced. They also replaced my oil filter housing/cooler bc it was leaking oil. Elite used oem German parts. Matt and Jacob are great mechanics. The cost was half the price at the MB dealerships. I will tell all friends to bring their Bmers and benz her for service !

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!!
I had an issue with starting my car, so I set an appointment with Elite Bmers And Benz. They diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part needed to resolve the issue. Maintenance was rescheduled early Wednesday morning May 29, 2019. My car was ready for me to drive away before !0:00 a.m. the same day. Thank you Matt and Jacob.

Honesty and reliable
