Would not recommend they have gone downhill since Matt left
would never go to the shop ever since the only honest employee that was there left this facility due to negligence and not caring to be honest to the cutomers and just screwing them over . Your car is gonna end up getting more damage than it was before. It was brought there and then what they’re gonna tell you is bring it to BMW or Mercedes dealership after they messed your vehicle up Sam does not care about his customers nor your vehicle all he cares about is swiping your car to make sure he gets the money and whatever happens after that, he’ll ignore your phone calls and try to erase you out of the system so keep all of your paperwork and documents because now they’re more crooked than they ever have been they can’t keep technicians and all of the customers that have been going there for over 10 years like myself have had to find other places to go because they don’t care or take pride in their work on fixing your vehicles Sam the owner has let this business go down in the ground so if I was you, I would not bring my vehicle there because they’re gonna take pieces from the vehicle vehicles that have been sitting there that they haven’t sold and put them on your car saying that they fixed it just for you to turn around and come back two weeks later for the same issue you brought it there before Keep all of your previous records because they will def try get over on you I would record everything if you do drop your vehicle off or you decide to I would take video recordings and all pictures of your vehicle before because you have missing pieces screws parts underneath your car that they don’t put back on bolts coming out of your tire that they don’t put back on it’s too much carelessness
