This shop needs to be shut down due to criminal negligence. They admitted that they did not secure the lug nuts on my tire at all. I drove off the lot and my front tire came off and went flying. My car crashed down onto the pavement just 20 feet away from the shop, and it completely ruined my fender. My car broke down onto Veronica street, which is the very first residential street from the shop. They fixed it afterwards but are REFUSING to give me a labor refund, or provide a proper receipt on the repairs afterwards. They are refusing to answer my emails, which I have sent because I want correspondence in writing for legal reasons.
