Friendly Service but need more attention to detail
Had a blown out tire on our VW Tiguan. And the rim was damaged to the point where it needed to be replaced/repaired. Eagle was great to coordinate the towing and repair of the VW. Vehicle was towed into Eagle. The blown tire and the other front tire of additional age were both replaced (coordinated between Eagle and Tire Discount). The rim was able to be rebuilt/bent back to original condition. The VW also required annual service / oil change. I was hopeful to get the vehicle back within a few days but it was right at or slightly longer than 1 week.

When picking up the vehicle, the underneath blown tire plastic cladding was hanging down. Hadn't noticed that prior to towing to Eagle. Could have happened at the incident, or the towing, or the tire replacement or the rim repair. Hard to say. Regardless, no mention of it before I saw it. Not a very purposeful piece but an eye-sore in the condition that it was. So we removed it completely. It was 95% torn off anyway. As previously stated, within a prior review, a cleaned vehicle (exterior wash) would have been nice upon pick up but that wasn't the case. Not sure if this is standard operating procedure for Eagle but this customer would appreciate it. Lastly, the mileage in/out on the invoice had not been properly recorded by Eagle. It appears to have been left at the mileage of the prior service from late 2020. Just minor details, but to a detail-oriented guy, this is important.

Overall, great friendly service! Helped me out of a jam with a blown tire. But more attention to detail is needed - a clean car without underneath plastic cladding hanging down and the proper mileage in/out on the invoice would have been 5 star treatment.
