Went In Ready to Buy and Drive, NOPE
They made an offer. I tried to get a better one over a few days and haggled with the salesman over text and calls. We agreed to an offer. When I went in a few days later to sign, the "salesman was busy," and referred me to another guy (I'm guessing management didn't like the deal, but the salesman acted butt hurt that I didn't come in sooner, very strange to be honest) New guy was great, but I wasn't about to go over all the info and haggle again. Avoid this place and go to Beckley if you want straight shooter pricing. I saved over 4k. Beckley (they are real FRIENDLY there, wink wink) blew my mind with the first offer and I drove off that day, on a Saturday, might I add.
I brought my car here for routine service and of course it needs a host of new things on a brand new car less than 7500 miles in.... I drive short drives in the city. I don't know, in my opinion I would avoid this place if I could.
