These guys are fantastic. Just purchased our second car from them (A genesis and a Hyundai) and the experience, especially in comparison to other auto-dealers, was nothing short of exceptional.
The biggest thing for me is honesty. These guys, as hard as it is to believe, are - as we say in Australia, "fair dinkum". They're honest, no hidden fees, no "market normalization prices", the price is the price and they're open to negotiate under normal market conditions. Under the crazy market conditions of 2022, they do *NOT* price gouge!
As long as I live in Nashville, I'll only buy cars from Downtown Hyundai & Genesis.
