The service technician was kind and friendly and everything was great EXCEPT there were fingerprints all over the outer 6" of the windshield, pretty much from top to bottom on both sides, and there are black, greasy-looking fingerprints on the headliner between the visor and the door on the driver's side. I still haven't determined how to clean that off.

It was late afternoon when I called my insurance company. They gave me the number to call for repair. The repair was done the next day. Very professional and courteous. Awesome job!!

I will probably never use another glass company the technician came on time, was thorough. Cleaned up any mess made, was very professional. Not sure what he makes an hr but definitely needs a raise I will be sure to request him for any future repairs

This should have been a five-star review; however, I had a couple of questions that were never answered after the work was completed. Lindsey Long was great at coordinating the claim, repair, and even directed my questions to the GM and warranty managers. After receiving no response from them, I inquired to Lindsey, twice, with no further reply. This is unacceptable and a foolish way to end the experience. I was happy with everything else and just wanted some information on VLT. I will leave my comments on Google. Best regards.
