Ruben said they're pretty up-front and honest. They are pretty nice to deal with and it's not the first time he has been to the business. He spoke with Angel who quoted a price on the phone but when he spoke with Mike, it was a different quoted price. Angel said he himself had misquoted and apologized for giving the wrong price. Ruben added they're a good group of employees.
