I went in for a scheduled appointment for an oil and filter change. Even though the computer system was down, the team worked hard and got my appointment completed in a timely matter. I also had an issue with the truck hood not securing tightly, not a problem for the skilled techs you have employed! I am waiting on the electronic copy of the receipt for the oil change and also the estimate for sensor and hood latch. You guys and ladies in the office did a great job!
