Heidi said she will never go back there again. She had to pay them to hook up her vehicle to a machine to tell her why her check engine light was on. They couldn't tell her what the error code was and they reset the light. She wasn't even out of the parking lot and the check engine light went on again, and she now has an oil leak which she's had to go elsewhere for service on it.
