There are three terrific things about The Auto Shop. One is that they always take you seriously, and don't try to upsell you. Two is that they do excellent work; I've never had to have redone any work they've done for me. Three is that they're quite reasonably priced. My biggest beef is that when they had to leave downtown, they moved farther from me instead of closer. Boo!
This is the best auto shop I have ever been to. Most times, auto shops and mechanics can be intimidating because you really do not know the issues with the car and it’s hard to trust the workers, but Mickey and his crew make you feel in good hands. They are kind, knowledgeable and truly do what is best for you. I won’t go anywhere else.
I am critical of auto shops that for the stereotype of gouging customers based on lack of technical knowledge and bargaining power. But I continue to bring my vehicles here, where the team is fair, considerate, HONEST, and knowledgeable. I recently had a leak on my late-model car that could have been $$$ to fix; but a prompt inspection revealed a crack in my washer fluid tank that could be (and was) fixed quickly at a reasonable price. I will keep coming back here, these guys are not the stereotypical cheating mechanics!!
Mickey is an excellent automotive manager who really cares about you and your car. I have never been disappointed and the service to me as a person let alone the service to my car. The prices are extremely reasonable and upfront. I love this auto shop. Oh and is very clean that's important. A clean and fresh restroom :-) as well.
