At first, the techs were going to only replace worn out parts. Then another concern was discovered. The mechanics took good care of my car and did not over charge me for all the work.
Charolette said they followed the time frame they gave. They do what they say they will. They keep the price at the price they said it would be. Robert always does a great job with their vehicles.
Incredible experience as they were able to repair a vehicle no longer exported to North America. Helped me find the part numbers and was able to get them from the Middle East. Once I had the 4 parts (motor mounts) they said to bring it on in and was ready the following morning. Nothing is ever a problem!
Dealership told me I needed a 3600$ oil leak repair. Took it to Deans, they washed it, observed it and found the fix to the leak to be something entirely different. Walked away with 180$ fix. I’ve always had the best experience with these guys, they are honest, they work towards your best interest and their prices beat the best. Thank you Deans Auto!! I won’t go anywhere else.
They are trustworthy. They got my car done pretty quickly. The one thing I love most about them is that they don’t mind me watching while they work on my car. It makes me feel better Lol Sometimes it’s a little pricey but car repairs are not cheap. I would recommend them without a doubt. Thank you Dale for helping me today!
