STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
Didn't buy my car from this dealer but I can confirm that their service department is a nightmare to deal with...at least from my personal experience. I have a 2021 Kona and the engine went at 27k. Since they are the closest dealer, Hyundai told me that it needs to be towed there. On Tuesday evening, spoke to a someone from the dealer who informed me that their earliest appointment would be May 9th, over a month away. It's already stressful enough having your engine fall apart on your two year old car at 27k miles, but to then be told that they won't even LOOK at it for over a month is insane. Who care about that stupid 100k mile warranty if you're without a car for a couple months. Employee told me he was going to speak to his manager about getting an earlier appointment. He told me that I would hear back from his manager that day or first thing the following morning. Next day comes, no contact. Fast forward to today and I get a call/voicemail from an employee who said, "I was told to call you back because something's wrong with your car, our soonest appointment is May 9th...". Apparently, there's some serious disconnect with communication between their employees. I tried one more time, woman answered and told me that they aren't taking any "big jobs" until after May 9th. If I needed an oil change, they would get me in sooner but for anything like this, I would need to wait and basically be without a car for months, which is crazy. She then clarified if I bought my car from them, which I didn't, and told me to contact the dealer than I bought the car from. So basically...you'll get treated like a second-rate customer if you did not purchase your vehicle directly from them. This experience really made me NEVER want to purchase a vehicle from them in the future. Thanks Conicelli for the let down and unprofessionalism. I'm not sure if I can still recommend Hyundai (I'll have to see what happens with my car), but if you're going to buy a Hyundai, I'd recommend doing it at one of the other dozen dealerships in the Philadelphia area.

Do yourself a favor and stay away
Worst experience from a dealership I ever encountered. This being my fourth year as a lessee from Hyundai this whole ordeal will deter me to purchase or recommend Hyundai ever again. Two years with Hyundai in Abington was a great experience which led me to stay with Hyundai. But after dealing with Conicelli Hyundai I would not recommend at all due to the unprofessionalism and brash display for lack of empathy for paying customers. The service work was done in a timely manner. Joseph Sergi was not helpful at all from beginning to end. His lack of understanding and concern for a customer in need didnt show until the customer has something the need which in this case was a loaner vehicle. My car being unable to start and towed to the shop I was told twice on the phone by service reps no loaners were available. Until magically I expressed my concern online a loaner became available the same day. Also, My car was damaged in the process of being in route or in possession of the dealership from front low and middle fender damage and undercarriage damage. After several unanswered calls and voicemails from my insurance company i am left with a damaged vehicle. After showing the dealership proof of damage i was immediately written off stating it was the tow companies fault. After requesting photos or video footage i was told it was against company policy to release photos and told they need the loaner back which was the only concern. Ultimately i received surveillance footage only because i would not return the loaner prior to the agreed return date. My insurance rep stated he was told that it would be $300 to release photos to the insurance company so now i am stuck with over a thousand dollars estimate in body damage with no proof of liability that i have to pay. The tow company provided photo documentation of my vehicle with no damage prior to the two and after with no hesitation. But the company i pay hundreds a month for one of their vehicles were absolutely no help..showing lack of customers true concern and possibly guilt.
Had the ability to have notations of all missing parts down to the screw that for the battery but no notes regarding the body damage they claim was there when it was towed there.

booked the scheduled interval maintenance for my specific cars mileage on their website a month in advance. On the day of service the Service Manager said they can only do an oil change and not the proper maintenance that’s listed on their website and the owner’s manual of my car. He then attempted to sell me a windshield treatment as if it was more important than the preventative maintenance… This is the 2nd time this has happened. Also found several dirt smudges on the hood. Not sure if they are short staffed and/or inexperienced but I will not be coming back to Conicelli

Ref to fixing a problem with my tuscon
Again, I have had a good experience at conicelli due to Patrick McGarry, he tirned a bad experience into a good one because springfield Hyundai is awful and my car had a problem and springfield refused to see it so I called conicelli and Mr McGarry turned that around
