Still coming after moving 45 min away
I enjoy the fact that coming for car repairs, this shop does not disappoint me. The manager and Joe explain to me in basic language what goes on with my car. I feel confident taking my car to this shop. It's clean, workers are clean, bathroom is clean and their coffee is great. Wonderful mechanics.

State inspection
The inspection was done fast and professional as always. Every time I am there I am always feel like all information is up front. Never had a bad experience with Bob and Joe. They are the best.

Major job well done
Replacement engine installed in 2005 Honda Civic, along with some other necessary repairs. Done in reasonable time, reasonable price. Nice people. I'm completely satisfied. We can keep driving a car that we really like.

Down to earth, common sense approach
Understanding fully that businesses need to cover overhead and turn a profit, Bob approach never makes you feel that he’s transferring all of that to his customers. He gives you all of the information and options you could possibly need so you can feel confident in make the decision making process. Not your average automotive shop.

Great customer service
Just took my SUV in for the annual inspection and emissions tests. Hometown Auto was able to get me in the next day and provided excellent service. They have a convenient overnight key drop off too. I love that they are able to take foreign cars and I do not have to take my car to the dealership for every little thing. Trustworthy and friendly!
