GT Automotive is family owned has been in business since 1980. Owners, George and Harry Turner are the second generation owners and operators of this complete auto repair service center. We are a licensed Pa State Inspection & Pa Emission station. Located at 161 S. Located at 161 S. Main St. in Ambler, PA, we are providing automotive service to customers from Ambler and the surrounding areas of Fort Washington, Maple Glen, Blue Bell and Gwynedd Valley.
We are a NAPA AutoCare Center, staffed with ASE and ASA certified technicians ready to service & repair your vehicle to maintain it’s drivability and dependability in order to give you safe and worry free travel.
As a testament to our quality of service, we have trained for and received the following certifications from these associations and product suppliers: ASA, ASE, NAPA, AC Delco, Motorcraft, and Bumper-to-Bumper to name a few.
At our facility, our selection of tires includes the most respected brands in the industry such as; Cooper, Bridgestone, Firestone, Hankook, Jetzon .
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We aim to be professional, reliable, and prompt. Offering quality services at fair prices has always been our concern. We offer free shuttle service to Ambler & the surrounding areas.

Life savers
Once again that’s folks have proved they care about people. My wife’s car went dead. I didn’t know what to think and of course expected the worst. I’m not going to use names but they came out diagnosed the battery was dead. (whew!). They dropped off my wife and picked her up after the car was repaired. They ALL are awesome people and we feel good that they take care of our vehicles. They are the best!!!
