PA inspection + requested work
Was due for inspection and didn’t need much to pass because I service my car here when needed and they always keep my car up to spec even prior to inspection. I had requested additional work on my own and it was performed to expectations. Service writer Jill kept me updated on a regular basis and communicated all pertinent information of cost and time frame.

Squirrel damage.
Squirrel decided to make a nest in the engine compartment right next to the main wire harness and chewed the wiring. Colket removed and installed a new harness in a clean and timely manner. They had to remove a lot of the dashboard to get the new one in. You can’t even tell they tore the interior apart. Great job. And another major thing for me was Jill. She kept me well informed during the whole process. And she did most of the communicating with the insurance company. It was very helpful for me. I didn’t have to do anything. Very helpful and nice lady. Easy to talk to.
