We hope to save you and your Upper Gwynedd Service Center started business in 1987 and we are located near Merck on Sumneytown Pike in Lansdale, PA.

We believe in saving you money
We hope to save you and your loved ones money through regular maintenance. We make this a priority in order to prevent costly repairs for our customers in the future. We want to see you coming in for maintenance services and not being pulled in by a tow truck. A tow truck means only bad things for you, a lot of inconvenience, a lot more expense, and maybe less safety when you're stranded on the side of the road.

Why do we believe in maintenance for our Customers?
We want the best for you and proper maintenance is far better for you than repairs. Maintenance is schedulable, repairs usually are not. Maintenance is affordable, repairs are often very expensive compared to the maintenance that prevents them. Maintenance doesn't require a tow truck unlike some repairs. Maintenance means less inconvenience and stress because your vehicle can be in and out quicker. Maintenance also increases your car's resale value, extends its life and it allows you to choose when you're trading in your car, rather than being forced to when you face a big repair bill.

Always great
I brought my daughter's car in for inspection and some general maintenance. As always, the crew was exceptional. Josh was super friendly and flexible and set me up with a ride home. Isaac was chatty and engaging, articulate and so respectful as he drove me home and helped me pick up the car the next day.

A quick surprise!
Drove into a BJ's for gas. When I got in and started the engine, nothing. All the lights lit, but the engine was not cranking. A person in a different pump came over and just happened to have anew battery in his arms. We tried to just the battery with the new one, and nothing happened. Called AAA and got a tow to Upper Gwynedd around 2:30 Sunday afternoon. Called them Monday morning and gave them the story, had the car ready to go that Monday afternoon. Great turn around time for not having an appointment . You guys rock!

Gloria said this is not the first experience with them, been there before, introduced her family to them. Very professional, felt that they are very direct in telling what the diagnosis is and not pressuring to do any repairs they are not intended to do at that time. She said they make her understand any consequences to not repairing in time, they are reliable and diagnosis can be trusted.

Low Oil Level Crisis
Made a quick check of fluid levels on my vehicle as it was acting unusual. Had Oil and filter changed during inspection 3 months prior. Oil level very low on dipstick and had burnt smell. Called my guys (Josh & Bob) to see if they could do an oil change and find reason for the low level. Sure enough, within 4 hours of dropping off car they located the problem. Unfortunately replacement part would not arrive to complete repairs on same day. Josh explained this upfront and promised to get it done ASAP next day. Got text that repairs were done by 0900 and vehicle was ready for pick up. Dependable and upfront with costs of service. I have been using UGSC for over 20 years as my main vehicle service center.
