Purchased a 24 year old Pontiac Sunfire Convertible, that I found ON LINE, from Drew at Cleveland Auto.
It was the EXACT car I was looking for and the ONLY one I found anywhere! Drew made sure I was aware of every detail about the car. It was transported to Michigan by flatbed. Drew kept me informed every step of the way and the car is a pure pleasure. It actually arrived a day earlier than expected, and everything about the car is perfect. I Bought a Lincoln MKX a couple days later I noticed a squeak in the Brakes I took it in and the owner told the mechanic to put new brakes all the way around I've never had a dealer do that he didn't charge me a dime I will definitely go back and refer people if you go Bury us a great guy to deal with

Excellent experince
Hello Everyone, It's been a good time to write a review about the Cleveland Auto Wholesale. I am from India, I came to Cleveland 2022. I bought a Honda Accord on Jan 2023 from the wholesaler with an affordable price. They are really good at the time of sale and this is as usual like others wholesales too. I think which matters is a the after-care.
As you know when we bring a used car then we face problems, I also faced some issues. Here I need to share with you that, the way Ross and MJ took care was heavenly. I must say they did everything as their own baby, they not only fixed all the issues since the last one year but also give me discounts, best parts replacement and some absolutely free services as well.
This didn't happen with me for one month or two (after purchase service & care), each time I go for service they are absolutely great.
Specially I would love to mention about MJ, he is just marvelous, caring, dedicated and so gentle human-being and to deal with him you will feel so happy.
Myself as a stranger in this new land feel secure to go to MJ and get my job done in so cheap price @ limited-time.
I literally compared all service to other shops in Cleveland but, MJ is the best to my experience.
I recommended so many times to my friends for dealing with Cleveland Auto since last few months .... You can TRUST them.

Excellent family business
I purchased a Subaru outback from Russ. He was absolutely helpful and also accommodated me when I needed services to my car. 2 services that they performed free of charge. I would highly recommend their business. They are your 1 stop shop for car buying and services for your cars too. All I have to say in all the years of buying cars new and used, other dealerships should take a lesson or too in customer service from Cleveland Auto Wholesale.
I dropped my car off at 11am on 5/18/21 and didn’t hear from them until the next day in the afternoon. I dropped my car off so they could tell me everything that needed to be fixed on my car. Only told me about the gas leak which was the whole reason for me to drop it off. They didn’t tell me anything else about my car. The guy in the first office space is kind of rude , I would much rather deal with the lady in the next office space. I paid $100 just for them to tell me I had a Leak which I knew already . I told them that before I dropped my car off and I still wasn’t informed on why my engine is making noise .
James said when he brought his vehicle to the business, it wasn't running and when he went to pick it up, the staff had to jump it to start. He said he will call the business tomorrow to let them know that he will take his vehicle back for them to resolve the issue.
Errol said when he brought his vehicle into the business he told the employees that his belt was making a noise and needed it fixed. Errol said when he picked up his vehicle the noise was gone for about a week before it came back. Errol said when he brought his vehicle back to the business, an employee told him they didn't even fix the belt and they had worked on the exhaust. Errol said he had been texting with the employee and has screen shots showing that he asked for the belt to be fixed. Errol stated the employee made him feel that he didn't inform him about the belt, he felt the employee blamed him, gave an attitude, acted aggravated, and made him feel like a nuisance. Errol noted the employee fixed his vehicle and than physically dusted his hands off at him.
Matthew said he purchased this vehicle here and he has a warranty for anything that goes on under the hood including his engine, his check engine light is on, he brought his vehicle here to be checked and they told him it was nothing they could do and sent him on his way. His vehicle keeps shutting off on him while he's driving.
