Worst buying experience
I have bought several cars over the years and this is by far my least favorite experience. I felt pressured from the get go and then when we finally made the decission we had a few issue's with the actaul loan term and pricing, which I'm still not convinced we got a good deal. Then on the way home with our used car we turned on the heated seats and guess what.. They don't work. The salesman called the next day and asked my husband if we were happy with the car and my husband told him yes except for the fact that after driving off the lot we realized the heated seats don't work and is now going to cost us money to get fixed. He told my husband I will see what I can do but you didn't get the warranty so.. Guess i didn't think i would need a warranty claim on day 2. As of today still no phone call back to let us know if they will help or not. I guess you live and learn but I learned I won't be buying another car from Chico Hyundia thats for sure.
