Honest
We have been using Gilbert’s Auto for a while and they have always took good care of us. It’s hard to find a honest shop that will talk to you and even give you the bad part and explain what happened. Recommend them for sure.

Speedy repair
I have only one vehicle and need it to get my husband to his doctor appointments. I called and explained this on a Friday afternoon. They scheduled it for Monday morning at 8:00 and I had it back in my possession by 1:30!! It’s running great! They were all so kind and accommodating!! Thank you

Hitch receiver install and wheel alignment
They get stuff done quickly. No wait. Wiper blades are free. My wiper blades are different so they have to call parts store. The owner drove to pick up the blades for me. Ownership is wonderful. Mechanics are friendly and professional.
I rated it 4 instead of 5 because the hitch install is a 30-minute job, and I showed the manager a quote from another store showing $50 labor. The manager charged me $117 for about a 30 minutes' work.

Gilbert’s did a good job. Dave stayed in contact as he diagnosed the problem. Work was done in a timely manner and my car is running great . I would definitely take my car back to Gilbert’s should further problems arise.

Besides being an honest man, Kirt the owner has some great stories to tell.
Dave the manager knows his stuff. Mechanics seem well qualified.

An honest alignment!
Took my truck in. They suggested some small repairs before I could receive an alignment. It took me a couple weeks to get the repairs done. Went back to Gilbert’s, they aligned my truck within half an hour.
They were up front, and honest, and got the job done.
