Great service, the waiting area was comfortable and clean.
My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 pm, and I got there a little early. They were finished with my vehicle quicker than I thought. However, when I first tried to check in, the man thought that I did not have an appointment, and said that they were full already. When I and my husband both explained that I had a scheduled appointment, then the attitude changed.

My Genesis was valet service to the dealership for an oil change, and returned to me promptly the same day. The car had been washed and inside vacuumed. Very pleased with this attention to detail.

My car has an intermittent problem that could not be found. An intermittent problem is had to find, perhaps it will fail and then can be fixed.

I am sorry to see that we were unable to get your vehicle to replicate the problem while we had it in for service.  We will do everything we can to fix your problem, unfortunately with intermittent problems they do take some time. If it is not replicating the problem we can not fix it.  Please reconsider the rating you have given us, as we did try to the best of our ability to fix the problem for you.
