They seem nice and helpful but are actually ripping you off
I originally gave this place a 5 star review. The service was wonderful and the salespeople were very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was purchasing a vehicle in the $9000 dollar price range (I'm not sure the exact amount) and I put $4000 toward the price of the car expecting my remaining balance that I would be financing to be between $5000 to $6000. Now the time had come for my first payment so you can only imagine my surprise when I get on the website to make the payment and I see that my financed amount is over $9000! After looking over all the paperwork I see that they have charged me $2000 dollars for a warranty that I only agreed to because they told me it was included. They did not inform me that this would be an extra charge. And also after interest when I am done paying this off I will have paid over $18,000 for a car that is almost 10 years old. That is also information that they did not verbally clarify to me while I was in the office. When the time came to sign the large stack of paperwork he did mention the interest rate and said it is a little higher than usual but didn't explain in detail what that meant or tell me how much I would be paying when I was done paying off the car. He only told me my monthly payment amount which I thought was reasonable and I didn't know to question. The he flipped through each paper so fast and just told me to sign in several different places not going over each in detail. What I thought was quick efficient service was actually him speeding through the process so I was not aware of how much money I was actually spending. Had I known any of this I would not have proceeded with the purchase.
