Mechanic went thru my vehicle looking for my loc-nut to access my wheels.
Unable to find it at home, I purchased another at dealership, returned, and waited for changeover. Embarrassed that I took extra time from mechanics busy day, but staff was gracious and forgiving.
My takeaway : switch out special loc nuts for regulars and it won't happen again

Chris warned me last time I had work that the rear shocks were going to need replacing soon, and he was right. I got them replaced today, along with an oil change. April (who is new and a great addition to the team!) communicated with me every step of the way, and was very patient when I wasn’t able to bring the truck in several days running.

I went to get my new tires installed. It was done quickly while I waited. During the tire installation they did an inspection and pointed out other things that need to be addressed. Instead of trying to sell me on all of them, they let me know which should be addressed immediately and which could wait. I will definitely be returning to them.
I brought my vehicle to Next generation Automotive for my air bag censor light. My original mechanic would not touch it. Said it would need to be a repair at Hyundai. I didn't want to bring it there because I don't trust them. Next generation Automotive checked the car out and fixed the censor within a couple of hours. I have had no problems with it since. And thank God I did not have to deal with Hyundai motor repair center. Thank you very much
