As always the best!!!!
They took care of a couple of minor problems that were driving me crazy, and they were able to do it quickly. Now my new phone connects to my car system and the warning I'd been getting turned out to be nothing.

My first experience with CARSS
My first experience with CARRS was a good one. I was able to get my car in the day after I called and the communication was great about repairs needed. It was great to pick up my car at the end of the day and have the terrible noise from the worn wheel bearing gone!

My go to mechanic
I have been going to Carss for all my mechanic needs for years. They always provide excellent service. They even give me a heads up on what things are looking like they’ll need to be replaced in the upcoming future, so I have an idea of how much to budget for. They’re straightforward about what issues I need to fix right away and what I can safely wait on. They even helped make sure that I bought a reliable and safe car after my car was totaled when I was hit at a red light. I won’t bring my car anywhere else.

Informative
Wasn’t quite ready for an oil change, but we’re going on a long trip and so we have them change the oil and they checked out everything else on the car. I now feel confident about making the trip thanks to everyone at Carrs. Megan even explained a couple of Sounds. She was making the car not Megan. Thank you much.

Wonderful service!
They fixed my car quickly and significantly cheaper than the dealership! The dealership wanted $600 just to test for the leak in my exhaust, they found it and fixed it for that price! The car was done in one day and drives like a dream!

Total checkup
Time to face the music and get a clue to what all my old Jeep needed to have repaired in order to decide if I pour money into it or start looking for my next vehicle. I felt treated like I was one of their kids and they made sure that I had all of the information that I needed in order to keep me safe and spend my dollars wisely. The consensus was that it’s time to say goodbye to the Jeep. So I only spent a few bucks with them for the look-see this time, but when the time comes for any repairs or maintenance for my yet unknown new to me car, I will definitely be going back to CARSS. All these other glowing reviews did not steer me wrong in trusting these fine people!

Prompt brake light service.
I called CARSS earlier today to ask if I can get a brake light replaced. They were responsive to allow me to come in after my doctor appointment. I am very pleased about the prompt solution. A brake light that is out can be a safety issue, so I am pleased that it was taken care of today
