Incompetent and overpriced
Took my European vehicle in to get serviced for a few things. Not only does this company charge 200 an hour but they are incompetent and do sloppy work. Took it in to fix a water pump issue. they semi repaired it however they failed to diagnose sensors and wiring that were damage in the process. Had to take my vehicle back in which they charged me a second time (not as expensive but still should of been resolved the first time). Had additional work done on it, ie oil change and a few other fluid changes.
After changes with fluids my transmission doesn't feel right anymore seems weaker and like it is shifting harder in the first few gears. I will have to take it somewhere else to ensure they had put enough fluid in it (since i do not trust the competency of this shop at this point). Futhermore, oil changes were missing literally a quart of oil! When they took my tires off, they did not tighten up the lug nuts well enough, car felt rough especially going around turns afterwards so i checked it and tightened them up myself and noticed then they were not to spec.

pros- they took my extended warranty, they were quick to semi fix things
cons- obviously my warranty didn't cover everything, they charge 200 an hour. sloppy work, ie under the hood parts and pieces hoses and connectors not snapped into place properly. Fluid levels on all work they do seemingly is LOW and not by the proper OEM specs. They rip you off on all of the work, overcharging as well for simple brake fixes.
