My only complaint is that they will return your car dirty! I have have experienced this from the very first time I brought my vehicle there and unfortunately, I know others who have experienced this as well. I originally shared my complaints with Mr. Carlos who said he would let the mechanics and his manager know. I recently picked up my vehicle only to be disappointed - not in the service but the way my vehicle was returned. The sillplate and floormat was muddy. My cargo area was a mess. The spare tire was out, the jack, my emergency blanket, tire inflator and gloves were scattered all over the cargo area. When I dropped my truck off, ALL of those items were in the hidden spare tire compartment. I found balled up shop towels underneath the seat and zip lock bags on the passenger side. I was livid and very disappointed to say the least. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures prior to me cleaning my vehicle. I should have but was so uoset i was not thinking.
I understand we live in South Louisiana where we get rain often. Having mud and dirt is inevitable but if a customer brings their car in clean, it should be returned that way. I wanted to wait until I calmed down and could speak without getting angry to address this with Ms. Sulmy or Mr. Henry because I feel the way my vehicle was returned was not acceptable. As I mentioned, this isn't the first time I've received my personal vehicle or another family member's vehicle dirty or with trash inside. I've had soda cans, mud, paper towels left behind but nothing compared to how my vehicle was returned to me on Friday. Last year, I spoke to Mr. Carlos about this and thought things would change.
I am not a complainer. I'm very appreciative of the work that the mechanics at Velasquez has done for me, my family and friends. I was so disappointed and shocked by the way everything was scattered in my cargo area and the amount of mud that was left on my sillplate and floor mats. This reflects poorly on Velasquez. The service you receive on your vehicle is outstanding but the way your vehicle is left dirty is unacceptable.
