Poor Customer Loyalty
My daughter and I have had Hyundai cars since 2013. Then with this last purchase I have had issue after issue. The first time I took my car in for the first service and a hose had to be replaced. Luckily that same day I was put in a loaner and then went back after two days and all was done. Second time, my car was making a lot of noise and I took it to the dealership right away. All was different this time. I was told to leave the car and I’d get a call the next day but no call. I was never given an explanation of the problem, my concerns were never addressed and I never got a rental. I didn’t get my car back till over a week after I dropped it off. Now I’m having another issue and all I’ve received is the run around. I have to leave the car for 7 to 10 days without a rental and then who knows how long it will take to fix it. All this should not be happening. The car is 2 years old, I drive it less than 20 miles on weekdays and only 15 miles for church on the weekends. I was given a LEMON! Make it right Hyundai!
