This visit the crew traced a leak that had appeared in my 23yr car, and explained how there are other devices due soon and that I may want to consider them to save on labor as they’ll need to access that part of the car to replace seal.

Quick and efficient!
Service light was on and was going to have to drive 4 hours on a couple days. It was 11:30am and knew i needed service right away. I called and asked if I could bring it in that day and was told sure. Had it in the service lot by noon and it was ready to go by 3! So happy!

As always my experience at Mr. Mazda was great.
Pat kept me in the loop when they determined what was wrong with my car. Even though repair bills are never desired, the fact that I know I can trust Mike and his team to be honest and fair makes it less painful. They always do a great job and I like that I can see their shop is clean and is efficiently run.

Professional quality care
First of all, I would like to say Mike and his team at Mr. Mazda are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I would like to tell my story, Mike is a type of mechanic that takes quality time to explain to you everything that is being done on your car. Me being a woman I ask a lot of question and he explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Another great quality is I never feel that my car is being misdiagnosed or that I’m being over charged. He does what is necessary and never over charges or surprises me with anything. I have to say I’m extremely satisfied with Mr. Mazda and I will continue to be a life time customer.
