There's ups and downs
The salesperson was top-notch. Even though he didn't have all of the answers up front for us, he did research on our test drive and had all answers when we got back. I appreciated his honesty about not knowing all of the answers but was willing to find out for us. The only thing I would change would be the deal part. The finance guy seems pushy and seemed to only care about getting us the highest interest rate possible. I kept getting asked what was the highest payment I was willing to go. When I said I wasn't willing to go an amount, he said it will be almost impossible to get that low, but he would "try". While he was "trying", my wife and I jumped on our bank account and got approved for a better deal than I was looking for. When he came back he said he can get us close but it will be a higher monthly amount than I wanted and he couldn't get any lower. Luckily we had the approval letter in an email and said if they can't beat that then we would go with our bank. Magically he was able to come back and even beat that offer. I would recommend this business to a friend but warn them to go in with an approval from a bank so they don't get screwed over by the interest rate/monthly payment amount.

Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate your opinion on our process so we can look to make ourselves better. We have a great relationship with all of our Financial Institutions, especially Rogue, and always want to get our customers a competitve rate. Being a subsidiary of Rogue we have a contractual obligation to pass along their terms. In that there must have been a miscommunication between hte Sales team and Finance Department. This is why we appreciate your feedback. We can now go back and look at our process and become more proficent in how we handle our customer's needs and concerns.
